For planning and flexibility, I think it's really important to plan activities before you get there, but you still need to be flexible.

Himja was an amazing tutor! She explained things in a way that my child understood and my child’s grades and understanding of geometry have improved greatly! Highly recommend her if you need a tutor! She was also very flexible with scheduling.
