About Hillary

Hello! I am a compassionate childcare provider with nine years of experience in a variety of settings. I have worked as a nanny, daycare teacher, RBT for children with autism, and ESE bus attendant, gaining experience with children of diverse abilities while ensuring safety, learning, and individualized care. My dedication to supporting families and advocating for every child's needs was shaped by growing up with a sister with cerebral palsy. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, I understand child development, emotional regulation, and behavior management. I foster growth through play, reading, movement, imagination and art.
