About Hilda

I'd describe my personality as Kind, patient energetic, self starting, and efficient. I like working with kids because I am a mother of 2 and have been a sitter for all my sister's children, so I have a great connection with kids. I like to teach them life skills that helps in their development. I'm looking for a job that challenges my core value implementations, helps my local community and teaches state standards and core curriculum I started working with kids when I was 20 years old. In my spare time, I like to participate in lean muscle training, participate in community activities, and camping/fishing. One thing you should know about me is that I am self-starter, goal oriented, and an excellent teammate. My skills include excellent classroom management, thorough lesson plan preparation, and positive reinforcement oriented.
