About Hilary

I am passionate about the arts and seeing children and adults succeed in learning. I'd describe my personality as creative, colorful, and intuitive. I like tutoring because I love seeing others blossom as they learn and develop at the pace that best suits their needs. I'm looking for a job that invests in the lives of others and makes a difference. I started tutoring when I learned a family needed help tutoring their granddaughter with special needs. Being both a tutor to help her succeed as well as be a mentor/like a big sister to her was so rewarding. In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, arts and crafts in general, sing, attend Bible studies, write, and spend time in nature. My skills include listening, patience, and creating visual aids to help in tutoring.
