About Hilary

Devoted and loving Nanny with 10 years experience with infants, and toddlers. My approach is to be intune with the needs of the child, ensuring a secure attachment style. My primary objective is to provide a sense of safety, consistency, and structure, while implementing plenty of fun activities. I also am happy to introduce baby sign language to assist in communication. In order to foster growth, development, and consistency for the child, | adhere to all of the requests & rituals the family has already established in order to provide the child and his or her family with a wholesome routine, ensuring unity and harmony. I am highly organized, reliable, friendly, with excellent communication skills. While working with a child and his or her family, | intuitively know how to best assist the child and the family to make sure all needs are met immediately. My genuine love for children is shown by giving the highest level of care and attention to the child. I am CPR/First Aide Certified.
