I have worked for the last 9 years in public school as an ABA therapist. I have worked with all ages of children form pre school through middle school. I work mainly with children on the autism spectrum. Currently I work 1 on 1 with a 6th grade student. I run behavior plans, teach academics and assist in every day activities. I help facilitate peer interactions and joining in as many school activities as possible. Work is very rewarding and I enjoy all the things my students teach me everyday, patience, understanding and compassion.
