I used Hiawatha for 2 years when I lived in New Jersey. We would drop our 2 yr old off at her home while my husband and I worked. My son loved staying at her house because they would always do fun activities. I appreciated her providing not only a safe environment but an educational one as well. Hiawatha didn't do the bare minimum as I saw other care givers do but she interacted with the kids in different ways depending on their needs. She also provided healthy meals/snacks (although I would pack some snacks she always provided the option). I found her to be flexible as long as I communicated any changes (schedule, picking up late...etc) with her in a reasonable time frame. She was always professional and I never had any complaints.I would definitely recommend using her for any child care needs.
