Herlinda provided extraordinary care for my 85+ year old mother through very trying and emotional tumult as she struggled through late stages of dementia. Herlinda was dedicated to her care, even during her most angry moments, maintaining concise notes of her day, including prescriptions administered, food and liquid intake, activities monitored, and summary of her overall state of mind and health. Herlinda is patient, understanding, and virtually unflappable.
