About Henry

Hi everyone! I'm Henry. I'm a biology major at the College of Charleston with three years of professional tutoring experience through the nationally recognized Supplemental Instruction program. I have been tutoring students both professionally and on a volunteer basis for over six years now and I have also been affiliated with multiple academic honor societies like NHS and the Delta Alpha Pi Honors Fraternity, where I held 2 executive officer positions. I also have experience tutoring students with various kinds of disabilities and/or learning differences such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and individuals on the autism spectrum. Although I am not formally trained in special education, I am eager to work with students of all levels of ability because I believe everyone has the right to succeed! You do not need to disclose any diagnoses/IEP/504 plan details, but I do ask that any necessary accommodations the student may need be communicated in advance.
