Hema stepped in to help me out for a week while my regular sitter was away, and she exceeded all expectations. From the very first day, my 1-year-old son immediately took to her, which says a lot about how warm and wonderful she is with kids. She spent the entire day engaging with him, and I could tell they had a great time together. Hema was incredibly communicative throughout, which put me at ease as a working parent.
