Hellen is a very pleasant, sweet, kind caring person. She is good with the basic house keeping skills such as keeping the dishes cleaned, laundry, changing bedding, sweeping the floor, cleaning bathrooms, etc.. Hellen is less knowledgeable about medical situations and healthcare nursing which is the kind of care we need for my mother. Transportation can sometimes be an issue (though she always called to update with her ETA).
