About Helen

I'd describe my personality as responsible, reliable and compassionate I like caring for seniors because I love to empower them to feel independent I'm looking for a job that is mutually rewarding where I can be of service to their needs and enjoy a truly authentic relationship. I started caring for seniors when I lived in Santa Barbara 10 years ago. I had a wonderful client full time who had dementia. I prepped her meals and administered medication. We spent time going on walks, appointments and watching TV together. In my spare time, I like to hike, paint, bake and pet sit. One thing you should know about me is that I regard all seniors as deserving my full respect coming from a culture who revere our elders. My skills include companionship, meal prepping, running errands and light housework.
