I am more thorough than fast so I work and finish for an agreed set price. I've cleaned hoarding homes and thoroughly dusted and washed homes in need of touch up. I can do kitchens and bathrooms for a set price or whole apartments. I've cleaned garages, basements and prepped apartments for tenants. I've cleaned toy rooms, kids bedrooms, and helped teens clean their rooms. I've seen it all and accept that homes come with different levels of cleaning needs. I can help set up and clean up for parties, wrap gifts, stuff goodie bags at reasonable prices. I've done weeding, hedge cutting and leaf clean up, I have a clipper to cut back baby trees. I do not do weekly yard cleanups. I've also done spring planting/seasonal yard prep. I can assist you for a move. I am happy to remove and donate items being discarded for a reasonable fee. No furniture.
