Elena has been our nanny this year and has taken such excellent care of our baby! I was very hesitant to leave my 4 month old with someone when I had to go back to work (especially because she still needs to be rocked to sleep), but she was in wonderful hands with Elena. She took her on walks, read to her, and I could hear plenty of laughter as they played together. The only reason we can't continue to have her is that a relative is coming to stay with us and take care of our baby. Whoever does hire her will be lucky - we will miss her!
