I am an energetic 70-year-old college grad, mother of four, and grandmother of 8. For the last 10+ years I have been doing a number of different jobs, mostly senior care. For senior caregiving I have done live-in and live-out. Medication prompting, meal prep, bathing, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, shopping, hospice care, and whatever needs doing. I am trained on the Hoyer lift. I can do insulin injections. I have multiple references upon request.

I hired Helen to assist me at a medical appointment. It required transportation to and from the surgical center and my home. She had to remain and wait for me until my procedure was completed. From the first communication, Helen was prompt and personable. I appreciate that she had experience with this type of service before. She arrived early on the day, and communicated her time of arrival which helped to relieve my anxiety of arriving on time. She is knowledgeable and experienced as well as personable. I would not hesitate to hire her again.
