About Helena

Hi I'm Helena! I've been watching kids for most of my life as I have 3 younger siblings, including a 2-year-old! I've babysat for friends and several families through care sites as well :) I love both kids and animals, so I'm happy to help with pets too. I truly love spending quality time with kids, I believe creating meaningful connections with them is so important to their development! I'm happy to play their favorite sport/game with them, help them with their homework (I got straight A's in high school!), or anything fun they'd love to do. Some personal hobbies of mine are hiking, going to the beach, and being creative through music. I'm very down to earth and I get along with anyone really well :) I'm not afraid to put my foot down if there are any house rules that need to be followed, one of my strengths is knowing how to de-escalate situations in a positive and effective way. If you want someone who is kind and influential in your child's life, I'll be the perfect sitter for you!
