About Helena

Hi! My name is Helena. I am a 19 y/o student and am studying Biomedical Science at SUNY Plattsburgh. I have been counseling at summer camps since 2021 and was an after school counselor from November 2022- August 2023. I graduated with an Advanced Diploma in June 2023. I have worked at Target and Best Buy. I'd describe my personality as Fun, Respectful and Patient. I can easily entertain people and build connections with laughter. I treat everyone, no matter their age, with kindness and equality. In my spare time, I like to play basketball at the courts, hang with friends. I am also always looking for a new hobby and activity to do. Like previously mentioned, I am very active. My skills include prioritizing safety, implementing strong communication and having fun. My main goal is to have parents feel safe with leaving me with their children and trusting me to be a leader and a friend.
