Helaina has been our nanny for the past eight years, since I went back to work after our first daughter was born. She has literally helped raise our children and has become part of our family. After meals when my girls ask, 'May I please be excused?', we have Helaina to thank. She is loving, yet firm and does a fantastic job of teaching the kids boundaries.
