Our family has been fortunate to have Heike as a caregiver for my mother (diagnosed with Alzheimer's). Heike is extremely caring, compassionate and reliable. She goes above and beyond her duties, researching the latest recommendations/activities recommended for a person with Alzheimer's. Heike also assists with caring for my two young children. We consider her part of the family. She is top notch.
