I live in Star, married mother of 3, and grandmother to 4 boys (11, 9 and 6, newborn) and 3 girls (4, 3 & 2) I spend lots of time with my grandchildren who live locally and lots of visits with the ones out of state. I'm 63 years old, but very young at heart, active, physically fit, trustworthy and dependable. I am friendly, easy going and have had great relationships with my former families. I'm crazy about babies and young children, I enjoy playing, teaching and engaging them! I love the outdoors, and keeping them as entertained as possible, while encouraging their sense of wonder and curiosity. Reading, cuddling, and "silly" time are also high on my list of priorities. They change and grow so quickly, everyday is an adventure :-) I have my current CPR, first aid certificate, and great references. I also love pets, and housework/laundry is not a problem. We hired Heidi to care for our then 2-month-old daughter when I went back to work and it's been the best thing for our family. Heidi's love of our daughter is obvious and genuine. She takes such good care of her while we are away and it gives us peace of mind knowing that our baby is being lovingly watched over. We are moving to Texas next month and while we're excited to be moving closer to family, we're devastated to leave Heidi. Whichever family Heidi decides to work for next is a very lucky bunch. I cannot recommend her enough. She's wonderful!
