Heidi is the type of caregiver you dream of finding for your family. She managed our large brood of 6-11 year olds with such love and compassion for each individual and was more than capable of handling every situation (our group can be a LOT!) She arrived into chaos and hit the ground running, helping the children complete tasks and entertaining them outdoors while we finished getting ready. We came home to seven very happy kids, begging for us to find another opportunity to hire Heidi ASAP. I cannot recommend her enough!
