Heidi has been our son's nanny for over a year, from about 5 months to currently 16 months. She has been invaluable to our family. Heidi is warm, calm, engaging, experienced, patient and genuinely loves children. We immediately felt comfortable with her as soon as we met her and hiring her has been the best decision we made as first time parents. She has taught him so many songs and dances, how to identify different animals, a few important sign language words and so much more. She has also been an amazing resource to my husband and I whenever we have needed advice about teething, his fussy eating, age-appropriate toys, how to brush his teeth, etc. She is so patient with feeding him and has brought in supplies for art projects to do with him which we never would have thought of. I always hear so much laughter whenever she is in the house and it is really heartwarming to see how much my son loves her. We truly cannot imagine how we would have gotten through the past year without her. Any family would be so lucky to have Heidi taking care of their children - we cannot recommend her enough.
