Heidi video interviewed with me and seemed professional, until she wasn't. We planned an in home interview to meet our daughter and she double booked herself for our 1st round. Then, for the 2nd attempt just didn't show despite placing on her calendar. She could have at least texted to let us know she wasn't going to make it for the in person.
