Heidi was amazing and if you are lucky enough to hire her you will see why. Great personality and respectful manor makes things very comfortable in the house. She does not bring her drama into our home and she takes great care of My Mother that has ALS, she was also able to drive my Mom on a moments notice so she could be with her mother as she passed away, and Heidi's presence and assistance was invaluable.
