Hi I'm Heidi I've worked in childcare for the past 4 years as a tumbling coach. My passion for working with children stems from my belief in their limitless potential and my desire to contribute to their development. Patient and calm, I create a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day, any concerns, and progress. I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method, whether it's through daily reports, phone calls, or regular meetings. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules consistently and fairly, always ensuring the children's safety and well-being. My approach to discipline focuses on positive reinforcement and teaching children why certain behaviors are inappropriate.
