About Heidi

Hi there, I'm Heidi J. and I provide excellent, holistic care for folks! I am an artist, actor, comedian and musician and I bring humor, play and music into my work. I enjoy building relationships the folks I am working with, so I can offer them individualized support. I provide fun mobility support and physical comfort and relief as I am a dancer, certified yoga instructor and I have training in massage therapy. I can take initiative and help with problem solving, I can collaborate well on a team and am able to give and receive feedback. I have incredible training from CNA's and nurses! I can do basic wound care, medication admin, brief changes and all hygiene care. I am adept at using hoyer lifts, giving showers and weight transfers. I also offer families support in the awesome and sacred dying process, and can assist in the gentle process of letting go. I have facilitated co-created ceremonies with groups of folks and am open to different ways of connecting.
