About Heidi

Hi I have dedicated my life to working with children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive. I am currently the Children's Pastor at a local church, a role I've been honored to hold for the past eight years. Prior to that, I worked for Youth for Christ in Fort Wayne, where I gained valuable experience mentoring and supporting young people. In addition to my professional experience, I am a licensed foster parent, and CPR certified through the American Red Cross, ensuring that I can provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I am comfortable caring for up to six children of all ages. I strive to make each day engaging and enriching through fun activities, educational games, and positive reinforcement. I also understand the importance of structure and I am happy to help enforce household rules while keeping parents updated with regular communication via text, calls, or in-person updates.
