HI I have 20 years of Educational Experience, and Training working with individuals with disabilities. I have never once looked at a disability as that. I prefer to look at each person/student as just that. And it was my job to find the missing puzzle piece to unlock not their "dis- abilit" but to unlock their "A-bility". Everyone in their life needs some sort of assistance at some point. I truly believe that anyone can be anything if they want to. All they need is to have someone that believes in them, and provides them with unlimited care and that will not give up on finding the right puzzle piece to unlock their A-bilities!!
