Hector was incredibly patient and understanding when caring for G. He quickly learned G.'s unique needs and routines, creating a calm and supportive environment. Hector was skilled at implementing strategies to manage G. sensory sensitivities and challenging behaviors. We were impressed by Hectors ability to engage G. in activities that were both fun and therapeutic. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure G. felt safe, loved, and understood. We are truly grateful for Hector’s compassionate care through out the three years with us and would highly recommend her to any family seeking a nanny for a child with special needs.
