With three years of experience, I've gained expertise in caring for children aged 0 to 11, particularly in the 1 to 3 age group. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships based on trust and respect. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured environment. I believe in setting clear expectations and providing gentle reminders to help children understand and follow the rules. My repertoire of games includes outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development.
