About Heather

I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I was a much older sister to two sisters and always had a passion for caring and nurturing. I had babysitting jobs throughout my teens and took child development and psychology courses in college. I graduated with a degree in healthcare but have since decided to get out of working in hospitals. With that said, I am knowledgeable regarding CPR/first aid and how to handle emergencies. Over the years, I have volunteered at the local public schools. In my spare time, I like to read, go for leisurely nature walks, and travel. One thing you should know about me is I have two daughters, ages 12 & 9. They are super sweet, compassionate young ladies. My oldest homeschools, mostly independent with her schooling and is into art. My youngest attends public school and plays basketball.
