About Heather

I was previously the supervisor at a dementia care facility in Springfield Oregon. I have 3+ years of caregiving experience, med aide experience, and supervisory experience. I am familiar with transfers, lifts, and personal care. I have worked with mostly dementia and hospice patients and also have some experience with mental health. I enjoy getting to know my patients individually and learning about their lives. I am pretty flexible with my schedule but am looking for flexibility with mine as well, as I have 3 young kids. I also have 8+ years working as a housekeeper in both hotels and private dwellings. I tend to be very detail oriented and self motivated when it comes to my work.
