Heather has a sweet, calming, caring and helpful personality - a natural caregiver, teacher and nurturer - she is a joy to be around. We have found Heather to be trustworthy, dependable and exceptionally qualified to assist with many needs. She is friendly and professional, with a beautiful spirit and feels like part of the family. We hired Heather to help our mother shower, which she does in a way that gives dignity and reassurance. As another client mentioned, Heather is ever mindful of safety and you can be confident your loved one will be well cared for by her. She is so good with our mother, and has helped her with other tasks too. Heather is beyond patient and communicates well.
