About Heather

I'd describe my personality as patient, fun, and loyal. I like working with animals because it's extremely rewarding to help and form bonds and relationships with animals of all kinds. I'm looking for a job that combines work with my passion for animal welfare. I started working with animals when I was 15 years old pet sitting for my neighbors. I knew from an extremely young age that animals were my passion and I did anything I could to work with them including vet clinics, boarding, doggy daycares, and animal shelters. In my spare time, I like to go on walks with my dog Irwin or train my cat Orca to do tricks! I also love reading, and trying out all sorts of new crafts. One thing you should know about me is my goal is to fit to your schedule so your pets routines is consistent as possible. I'm happy to discuss any special requests your family may have! My skills include training, administering medication, and proving creative enrichment to keep your pets happy and engaged!
