About Heather

Please contact me for my current rate. Have been working with and serving families for years. I have experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia and end of life issues. I also coordinate moves and downsizing and can consult as a health advocate. I also have experience with frail and elderly patients. I am also am comfortable with writing a care binder, house management, running errands, medication management, hiring vendors (house cleaners and training them too) and additional caregivers to provide light cleaning and meal preparation. I am a licensed EMT and provide tremendous care and kindness to the patients and families I work with. I am very sensitive and can read situations and know how to provide care in a very quiet and efficient manner. Please contact me for my current rates. My fees can be hourly, per diem, shifts or monthly.
