About Heather

I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. I graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University. I have worked with children from all different backgrounds and demographics over the years. I have a profound passion for nurturing and educating children on an individual level. I am very well versed in working with children with special needs. I worked with a child with Autism for 2 years, a child with Down Syndrome for a summer, and a child with Cerebral Palsy almost a year. I was a in home nanny for a family for two years but the child is going to school. I am a quick learner, a philosophical thinker, and a very loyal team player.
