Hi, I'm Heather! I've spent over 10 years dedicated to caring for and guiding children as they grow. I recently relocated to Bluffton from LA, where I was working as a full-time nanny for a wonderful family. I am excited to continue nannying here in SC! I hold a B. A. in Developmental Psychology from Boston University, and I've worked in various roles from nanny to preschool teacher. Last year I led "Parent & Me" early childhood development classes, where I focused on fostering fine and gross motor skills, social interaction, and emotional regulation. I'm certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and I have experience working with special needs children, including those with Type-1 Diabetes, ADHD and autism. I'm a strong swimmer with 5 years of lifeguarding experience. When I'm not working, I love practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with animals. People describe me as caring, organized, and responsible, and I strive to create a warm and supportive environment for the children I care for!

Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She cared for my toddler inside our home on short notice. Heather was on time, so kind to our daughter and even did light cleaning around the house. Our daughter loved spending time with Heather and has asked for her to return multiple times.
