Hi, my name is Heather and I'm energetic and fun-loving! I currently have a Master's in Social Work and am working toward licensure. I have years of experience in childcare as a summer camp counselor, lifeguard, and an ABA technician working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My favorite age group to care for is toddlers, but I have experience with all age groups. My focus is to give your child a routine-based, safe, supportive, and creative environment in which to grow and explore. I love doing fun activities, baking, encouraging independent and pretend play, and supporting your child's interests. I have my own safe and reliable transportation, CPR and first aid training, I do not smoke, and I am comfortable with pets. I look forward to caring for your child!

I had the pleasure of working with Heather in the field of special needs/early intervention for several years. She was a loyal and incredibly dependable employee. But, most of all her work with the children was excellent. She was attentive, loving, and thorough. Heather has a natural ability to connect and meet the child where they are. She has the knowledge and skill to pivot when needed while always keeping the child’s needs and wellbeing at the forefront. Her kind and playful nature is a natural draw for the kiddos in her care. One of Heather’s strongest qualities is capatalizing on teachable moments! She was a joy to watch!
