The Three words that describe my personality are: Versatile diligent and proactive. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy the friendship that forms by caring for seniors. I love hearing the story of their lives. There is a lot we can learn from older adults as we listen attentively, often finding life lessons hidden in their stories. I love being blessed with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. I am a certified recreational activity Director and trained in dementia care. I also have my certification and CPR and first aid. I am very fortunate to get to do what I love and call it a job. I began taking care of seniors after my grandmother passed in 2015. I brought her here to live with me, as she could no longer care for herself with Alzheimer's.
