Heather is very skilled and was wonderful helping us take care of my 93-year-old father until his death at home two months ago. However, after that, she worked a week into the next month, said she'd been exposed to COVID, had a (-) test which she texted us about, then never came back, never explained her situation, and has had no contact with us since, let alone coming to work. Texts went unanswered and messages through this site were not answered either, despite her having been on the site several times since. It's been over a month and no word. I am very surprised at this irresponsibility from someone who was an exceptional worker previously and who works with many elderly, for whom reliability is so important. We paid on time or even early, gave bonuses, and were very flexible with time off. I am sorry to have to post a poor review for someone who was so helpful at the beginning, but disappearing without a word is extremely unprofessional, esp. when a 92-year-old is the client.
