About Heather

I am a deeply caring and patient mother of 3 children ages 6, 9, and 14. I am cheerful and love having positive interactions with kids and adults alike. I have 14 years of experience in caring for children ranging from infant to teen, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and anxiety. I can help with light housekeeping, carpooling, and light meal preparation. I enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn and grow. I also have experience caring for and spending time with the elderly. I helped take care of my grandmother at the end of her life. She had Alzheimer's Disease and suffered from a stroke. I spent time visiting with her and occasionally helped her with day-to-day needs, including feeding and hygiene. I especially enjoy spending time with the elderly and learning from their life experiences. I enjoy giving back to those who have already given so much of their lives in care of others. They deserve our respect, time, and attention.
