We are incredibly grateful to have had Heather as our nanny for my daughter from the age 4months - 2 years. From the very beginning, Heather demonstrated a remarkable ability to connect with my daughter, earning her trust and affection quickly. Heather is not only reliable and punctual but also incredibly creative and resourceful. She always has a new activity or educational game to engage the kids, making each day fun and enriching. Her nurturing nature and genuine care for my child has given us great peace of mind, knowing they are in capable hands. Heather is also very attentive to her individual needs especially when it comes to her medical condition, always ensuring she feels heard and valued. We have seen significant positive growth in my child’s behavior and learning, and we attribute much of that to her consistent, loving care. Communication with Heather has always been excellent. She keept us updated with daily reports and was always willing to discuss any concerns or adjustments to schedules or routines. Her professionalism and positive attitude make her a joy to work with.
