Heather has watched my 2 kids for the last year and a half, consistently for the first year and on date nights for the last 6 months. She is phenomenal. She takes her responsibilities with kids seriously, but is also playful and engaging with them. She is prompt, follows through and makes you feel your kids are in good hands. I've had a few nannies since Heather, and we always come back to her if she's available to work with us. Hire her!
