About Heather

Hi everyone! My name is Heather and I have been a nurse for over 13 years. I am offering my services as a nursing tutor. I have two Bachelor's degrees, one in Nursing and one in Psychology. I have weekend availability and can also occasionally be available the night before major exams! If you are or have a student struggling, I'm here to help. I like tutoring because I love the ability to pass on knowledge to others and to help them realize their own amazing potential. I started tutoring when I was in high school in the late 1900s. I also was employed by the Academic Enhancement Center at the University of Rhode Island and taught nursing students for four years! Many of my former students are still in touch with me to this day. In my spare time, I like to do Polar Plunges, spend time with my daughter, and read. I also love escape rooms! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!
