I cannot say enough good things about Heather. She has worked for several years with my brother, who has a neuromuscular disorder that limits his movements and affects his speech. She helps get him out to do things, takes him to doctor's appointments, and helps with just about everything that he needs. She is warm and caring. She is knowledgeable, motivated, and most importantly fun! We love her so much that she now helps with my children, one of whom is developmentally delayed and autistic.
