I have been working with Community Crossroads giving hands on care and companionship for 26-year-old girl with autism and epilepsy, she is also speech delayed. I also work with an 8-year-old autistic girl which includes pick up from school, dinner preparation and hands on playtime. Weekend days I work with a 50-year-old with brain injury. I am comfortable with showering and dressing as well as bathroom help. Accounting is my major special needs is my passion.

Heather worked with my daughter for a couple of years. She formed an excellent rapport with us however had some difficulty following behavior plans implemented when we realized my daughter had regressed to prior challenging behaviors. The stress was too much and Heather elected to move on to another job.
