Hello! My name is Heather and after 22 years in my field I decided to start working for myself. I have found that there are a lot of families out there needing various forms of assistance and have really enjoyed this change of pace. My experience includes 12 years of work in nursing facilities and I recently completed coursework and certification as an Assisted Living Administrator. Since completing that certification I have decided that the 1:1 work I am doing in homes is much more rewarding. My current availability includes Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I'm open to occasional deviations from those days including overnight and weekends. I love connecting with older adults and miss having them in my life.
