Heather responded to a message i sent her regarding helping me during recovery of a medical procedure i am scheduled to have. We messaged back and forth multiple times discussing all the details of what i expected and the dates i would need help. I felt comfortable with her after our messages. Heather then committed to helping me. We then set up a face to face meeting 2 weeks prior to my surgery. I messaged Heather on Thursday prior to the weekend we were supposed to meet to confirm our meeting and time.. She viewed my message but never responded. I messaged her again the following day on Friday and she responded and said she wasn't able to help me any longer and that she's sure I would find someone else. Would you want to trust and depend on someone that acts in this manner? Heather put me in bad position as I'm now 2 weeks away from surgery with nobody committed to helping me and i basically have to start over with my search. In my opinion, Heather was very unprofessional, irresponsible, and selfish in our dealing. She could have told me she no longer was able to help me but she waited for me to message her to tell me. I don't recommend Heather.
