About Heather

As a dedicated educator and childcare professional with a decade of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative approach, makes me an ideal caregiver for children aged 0 to 11. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred method to provide updates on their child's day and address any concerns. My experience as a certified teacher and my coursework in early child development have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing educational games that promote learning. Whether it's swimming supervision, carpooling, or light housekeeping, I'm happy to assist families in any way I can. I'm a certified teacher with First Aid and CPR training. I hold a bachelor's degree and have completed some graduate-level coursework.
