I have worked in health care for 7 years with a focus in special needs. I have been the manager of a group home that houses 6 clients of varying ages and disabilities for the last 3 years. I have experience in assisting with day program for individuals which consists of fun community based activities as well as fun enriching activities that can be done inside. The skills I have learned has helped tremendously in my work with children. I am first aid, Heimlich maneuver, CPR, and CPI trained with annual renewals. Extremely outgoing, patient and friendly. Over the years I have been able to build great relationships with all my clients. I love being a caregiver, it is one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had.
